Welcome to Richmond Driving School (RDS). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Richmon Driving Schools provides driving instruction and related services, including but not limited to driving lessons, intensive courses, and test preparation. Our services are offered through qualified and approved driving instructors.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings for driving lessons or courses must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
2.2 Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.3 We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson or course, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled lesson or course.
3.2 In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons or courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or vehicle issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
4. Punctuality
4.1 Students are expected to be punctual for all scheduled lessons or courses. Instructors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time before considering the lesson or course as a "no-show."
4.2 In the event of a "no-show," the full cost of the lesson or course will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
5. Student Responsibilities
5.1 Students are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information, as well as any relevant medical or disability information that may affect their ability to drive.
5.2 Students must follow all instructions provided by their driving instructor and comply with traffic laws and regulations at all times during lessons or courses.
5.3 Students are responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from their actions or negligence during lessons or courses.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1 Driving Schools in South London shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the student's actions or negligence during lessons or courses.
6.2 Students agree to indemnify and hold Driving Schools in South London harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their actions or negligence during lessons or courses.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2 The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on our website, and it is the student's responsibility to review them periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
